Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Hookah Male Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving hookah in a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests enjoy a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clientele while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. All roles are paid, reflecting our commitment to valuing every team member’s contribution. ($12.00 plus tips weekly pay)
Duties
- Prepare and serve hookah with precision, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and presented attractively
- Assist guests in selecting flavors, accessories, and customizing their hookah experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the hookah lounge area, including cleaning pipes, hoses, and workstations regularly
- Monitor guest safety and comfort throughout their visit, providing attentive customer service
- Manage inventory of hookah supplies, flavors, and accessories, restocking as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Uphold food safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments preferred, including roles such as host/hostess or bartender
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and safety standards in a restaurant or bar setting
- Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality is advantageous
- Must be energetic, friendly, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
