Focused on California coastal cuisine, we feature a dynamic menu that changes with the seasons and highlights local ingredients. We are seeking dedicated culinary professionals who have experience in fast paced kitchens with high standards for quality of food and service. Full time lunch and dinner positions are available.
Duties:
- Station Setup/Breakdown & Prep
- Order Execution--Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Plating & Timing--Ensuring all dishes are prepared correctly and presented visually according to plating and time standards
- Sanitation & Safety--Follow strict health and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Proper food handling, monitoring storage temperatures, avoiding cross-contamination, and completing cleaning/ sanitizing checklists
- Policy and Standards Adherence
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and perform well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Works well in a team environment, contributing to a positive work culture
Full time lunch and dinner positions available. Starting pay: $22/hour
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
