The Role
This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales role requiring confidence, emotional intelligence, and strong closing ability. You will speak with individuals who have recently experienced an accident and guide them through the intake process with urgency, empathy, and authority.
This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for professionals who can build trust quickly, overcome objections, and confidently secure client retainers.
Shift Availability (Limited Openings)
Available Shift Times:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Available Work Schedules:
Sunday – Thursday

- 8-hour shifts
- 100% in-office (Orange County, CA)
What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries from prospective clients
- Conduct structured intake consultations
- Assess case viability based on firm criteria
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone
- Overcome objections and confidently close retainers
- Accurately gather and document detailed accident and client information
- Enter all data into the case management system with precision
- Follow up on warm leads and marketing campaigns
- Work in a monitored, metrics-driven call center environment
- Meet and exceed performance and conversion expectations
- Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales, call center, or high-volume customer service experience required
- Proven ability to close or convert leads preferred
- Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent phone presence and professional tone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable working with call monitoring and productivity tools
- Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, or Chinese) highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
