JD Demolition and Grading, Inc., a reputable demolition and grading company in Southern California, is seeking a skilled and reliable Demolition and Grading Laborer to join our team.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will perform demolition work on various construction sites, operate necessary tools and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
*MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM JOB SITE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition tasks using jackhammers, sledgehammers, picks, chain saws, and wheel barrows
- Remove debris and clean up work areas post-demolition
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Requirements
- Previous construction or demolition experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Punctuality is crucial
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage: $18 per hour
- Medical insurance and 401K offered after 90 days of employment
