THE ROLE
Muscle Restoration Therapy is hiring a Clinic Aide / Medical Assistant / Rehab Technician to join our clinical support team immediately. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role operating advanced pain relief technology, assisting lead therapists, and keeping client flow seamless from check-in to checkout. No license required — we train you on everything.
If you're a fast learner with a healthcare, fitness, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, chiropractic assistant, PT aide, medical assistant, CNA, or personal training background — this is your way into clinical practice without years of school first.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set up and operate therapeutic devices (SoftWave tissue regeneration, Class IV laser, PEMF, spinal decompression)
- Assist lead therapists before, during, and after treatment sessions
- Prep and break down treatment/exam rooms between clients
- Support client flow and deliver a smooth, professional patient experience
- Learn and follow MRT's precision treatment protocols
- Assist with client charting, session notes, and accurate record keeping
- Communicate session status, client needs, and flags to the clinical team
- Take on expanded clinical responsibilities as you grow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- No license required — we'll train you on our full treatment protocols
- Background in healthcare, fitness, athletic training, kinesiology, exercise science, medical assisting, personal training, or similar preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, coachable
- Strong interpersonal/bedside manner — clients are in pain and need to feel cared for
- Comfortable learning new medical/therapeutic equipment quickly
- Team-first, no-ego attitude
- Genuine interest in growing into advanced clinical/therapy roles
