Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Busser. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support within our food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized dining area and kitchen.
- Assist with bussing tables, ensuring prompt clearing and resetting for incoming guests.
- Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and breaking down as needed.
- Utilize strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in cleaning and maintaining hospitality spaces is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- A background in hotel or hospitality services is advantageous but not mandatory.
