Warehouse Custodial and Grounds Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Warehouse Custodial and Grounds Associate to help keep our Amarillo, TX facility safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you take pride in your work, like staying active, and want a steady role with a company that has been trusted for over 75 years, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
You will help keep our warehouse and grounds clean, safe, and ready for the workday. Here is a look at what your days will include:
- Keep the warehouse clean by picking up trash, mopping spills, and maintaining floors with mops and mechanical scrubbers.
- Clean dock wells through sweeping, debris removal, and power washing.
- Maintain the grounds around the office and warehouse, including lawn care, clearing debris, and removing ice and snow from walkways.
- Organize empty pallets and keep product locations stacked, faced, and dusted.
- Move damaged cases to the designated area and report damaged racking or building items to your supervisor right away.
- Follow all safety procedures and practices at all times.
- Work alongside the warehouse team to get the job done and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Help with the annual physical inventory at the end of each year.
What We Are Looking For
- 18 years of age or older.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety.
- Basic math skills.
- Comfortable staying physically active throughout the shift, both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
- Dependable, reliable, and a team player who takes pride in a clean, safe workplace.

Position Details
- Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a one-hour lunch. Times may vary based on business needs.
- Location: On-site at 6511 S. Washington St., Amarillo, TX 79118.
