Custom Onsite Health is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Wellness Lounge Concierge to help manage our wellness lounge during a corporate conference in Eugene.
The wellness lounge will offer attendees brief chiropractic and massage therapy sessions throughout the conference. You will be the primary person welcoming attendees, managing appointments and sign ups, and keeping the lounge running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet conference attendees and explain the wellness lounge services
- Manage appointment sign ups and the treatment schedule
- Help encourage attendees to participate in the wellness lounge
- Check guests in for their scheduled sessions
- Direct attendees to the appropriate chiropractor or massage therapist
- Manage the flow of people entering and leaving treatment areas
- Keep providers aware of upcoming appointments and schedule changes
- Help keep the lounge organized, professional, and welcoming
- Assist with light setup on October 5 and breakdown after the event
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule
- Comfortable using a phone, tablet, and computer for scheduling and waivers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate conference environment
Experience in hospitality, events, front desk, fitness, wellness, healthcare, restaurants, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
October 5: Approximately 1 to 2 hours for setup in the late afternoon / early evening
October 6: Full conference day
Exact hours will be confirmed prior to the event.
Compensation
$25 per hour
This is a temporary event position with the potential for additional Custom Onsite Health corporate wellness events in the future.
