Skill: Forms Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Legacy forms extraction (mainframe
- structured JSON).
- Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation).
- Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic).
- Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient).
- Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering).
- Batch + real-time processing patterns.
- Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform.
Own extraction transformation- integration pipeline.
- Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment.
- Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment).
- Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.
- Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery
Salary Range - $120,000 – $160,000 a year
