Job Title: Sales Representative – Mini Melts Ice Cream

Overview:
JNS Distributing is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to grow our Mini Melts Ice Cream presence across South Dakota. This role focuses on placing Mini Melts freezers in high-traffic locations and building strong relationships with local businesses. This is a fully commission based position with endless opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit local businesses including convenience stores, gas stations, malls, family entertainment centers, and event venues
- Pitch and secure Mini Melts freezer placements
- Build relationships with store owners and managers
- Coordinate freezer delivery and assist with onboarding new accounts
- Track leads, pipeline activity, and closed deals
- Work closely with the operations team to support account success
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with in-person sales and cold outreach
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the metro area
- Previous sales experience with frozen or desert related products is required
