Responsibilities
The Business Development Sales Representative role is to drives sales opportunity and increase sales growth by:
- Connecting with potential clients through phone calls, emails, text messaging, and social media
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for the salespersons
- Managing customer and prospect activity within our CRM system
- Building product knowledge to confidently communicate vehicle options, availability, and current incentives.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to increase customer engagement and appointment opportunities
Who we are looking for
- A Great communicator who is resilient and can handle objections
- One who is driven, self-motivated, has the ability to focus and deliver daily
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Sales and customer service experience are a bonus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background, drugs and license test.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive compensation – includes base salary, commission and bonus with a potential earning between $40,000 - $70,000 annually
