Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient support during their orthodontic treatment. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect payments
- Offer patient support over the phone
- Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing medical records and coordinating with insurance providers for billing purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with orthodontics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fun atmosphere.
