Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Designer/Salesperson to join our showroom team. No prior industry or design experience is necessary—we provide full training on our design software, sales process, and remodeling systems.
As part of our team, you’ll:
- Work in the showroom from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless you have scheduled in-home consultations
- Visit qualified leads (set by our marketing team) at their homes
- Educate clients on our remodeling process
- Provide design ideas and a ballpark estimate
- Encourage clients to visit the showroom to view their design and sign the contract
This is a sales-focused role that combines customer service, design, and relationship-building.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn design tools and remodeling concepts
- Comfortable with in-home consultations and showroom-based sales
Compensation
- Starting at $39,000/year during training
- Top performers earn $80k–$120k+ per year with uncapped commission
