Location: South San Antonio (Lackland & Hwy 90)
Pay: $14- $15.25/HR
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts + mandatory weekends (Two weekends each month) AM or PM Shifts

We are seeking Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations at a metal injection molding facility. This role focuses on machine operation, material handling, and maintaining production flow.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Assist with material handling and production flow
- Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Must pass drug screen & background check
