POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to identify and attract top talent to our organization, including a near-term focus on nationwide recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and will have experience with full life-cycle recruitment processes.

Type: Full-time, Salaried / Exempt.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and corporate positions, ensuring alignment with company needs and cultural fit.
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, cultural fit, qualifications, and compensation requirements.
Optimize and utilize current Applicant Tracking Software (Workday), including job posting and promotion, and candidate management, ensuring data integrity.
Ensure compliance with federal, states and local employment laws and regulations, DrinkPAK safety rules and other policies and procedures, and promote safety-first culture and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
