POSITION:DC Maintenance Supervisor
SHIFT:2ND Shift (MUST be Flexible)
DEPARTMENT:Distribution Center
LOCATION:Marshalltown, IA

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.

Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform on line edits, and program changes with PLC's and familiarity with box logic.
- Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems, and process control systems.
- Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.

Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publication.

Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
- PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
