Job Duties: Soldering, inspection and assembly. Hand tool operation, deburring, machine tool operator (manual laths, mills, drills, saw)
Requirements: Reliable and punctual attendance. A person mechanically inclined, dexterity, ability to multi-task, ability to work as a member of a team and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. (History of manufacturing or production work preferred, but we are willing to train)
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit duration of the shift, repetitive motions of hands/wrist/arms. Must have good vision and depth perception. Must have full range of motion for hands/wrist/arms. Must have steady hands for detailed work. Must be able to lift 40 pounds to change lathe chuck and 50 pound boxes of product.
Work schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 am- 5:30 pm.
10 hours of overtime on Tuesday may be required at times. Subject to change.

D.O.E. you will gross consistent $21 per hour as fast track pay supplements your earnings as you achieve the first 3 of 9 performance levels the first year. There is also 26 raise opportunities over the next year based on productivity. Your hourly wage could be $23 per hour by the end of the first year.
