Elementary Teacher Opportunity (Grades 1–3 or 1-6)

Green Friends Montessori School is seeking a passionate and caring Elementary Teacher to join our warm, supportive school community. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education who is excited to guide students in grades 1–3 and grow as an educator.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career teacher who wants meaningful classroom experience in a small, nurturing environment where relationships, creativity, and individualized learning are valued.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (required)
- Basic knowledge of elementary teaching practices and child development
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of children
- recent graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship and support provided
- Montessori experience is welcome but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
