Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Contractor
Location: Lady Lake, FL
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour
Job Type: Contract (1099)
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and/or School-based ABA therapy services in the Davenport area.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed records
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Maintain professionalism and follow ethical guidelines
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a contractor role
