We're looking for an experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader who can lead a crew, produce quality work, and help us continue growing. This is not an entry-level position. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a lawn care crew while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
- Drive company trucks and safely tow trailers to and from job sites
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, push mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weekly property maintenance
- Complete seasonal cleanups, shrub trimming, mulch installations, decorative rock installations, planting projects, and other landscape improvements as needed
- Train and motivate crew members while leading by example
- Read work orders and ensure every property exceeds customer expectations
- Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Kesti Outdoor Services professionally
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care and/or landscaping experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
- Previous Lawn Care Crew Leader or Foreman experience
- Extensive experience operating commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers
- Experience with commercial lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property maintenance
- Experience with landscape installations, including mulch, decorative rock, edging, plants, shrubs, and sod
- Experience operating a skid steer and/or mini skid
- Ability to confidently drive and back up trucks while towing trailers
- DOT Medical Card (preferred, but not required)

Pay
$22.00–$30.00+ per hour
Pay is based on experience, leadership ability, driving experience, and overall performance.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8–13 hour shifts
- Overtime available during peak season
- Weekend work available as needed
