Through strong creative execution and collaboration, the Brand Content Producer is accountable for
delivering content that drives measurable audience engagement, brand growth and revenue for the 417
and Biz 417 brands. This role partners closely with the Marketing Director and sales team to develop
multimedia storytelling solutions that align with brand and client goals and advance Story Studio
initiatives. This role is a key part of how we deliver value to clients and grow our brands. We’re looking

SKILLS AND STRENGTHS
? Strong video production and editing skills with experience in both short-form and long-form
content.
? Creative storyteller with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual and social content.
? Experience producing content for social media platforms with an understanding of current
trends and audience behavior.
? Photography experience (shooting and basic editing)
? Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS OF ROLE
Client Social Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
- Own client social media accounts end-to-end (strategy, execution, captioning and performance)
- Meet with clients to develop content plans aligned with their goals
- Produce and publish content across platforms
- Manage studio client paid media campaigns
- Use analytics and performance insights to improve content strategy and results over time
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client content communication
- Support studio-style client accounts, including key voices such as the Publisher
Marketing Content for Events, Programs & Publicity Opportunities
- Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute multimedia storytelling that
supports event growth, audience engagement and brand visibility
- Produce multimedia content (primarily video, supported by photography) that drives revenue,
ticket sales, participation and brand growth
- Capture and create content before, during and after events to extend campaign reach and
maximize audience engagement. Collaborate with and direct other photographers,
videographer(s) and content creators as needed.

- Manage video production projects from planning through delivery, ensuring work is on brand, on
time and aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to develop content solutions that deliver measurable
value to clients
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve content quality, production efficiency and client
results
