Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure efficient shift operations
- Oversee food and beverage service, including food preparation oversight and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Manage POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on hospitality best practices, food safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Oversee shift management tasks including scheduling, staffing levels, and maintaining a lively yet organized work environment
Experience
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality teams
- Experience with food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production processes
- Familiarity with fine dining or banquet service is a plus; experience in catering or hotel environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced setting
