FSCX, Inc., is seeking qualified individuals to serve as the U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Training Manager. Position is located at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
Responsibilities
The Training Manager is responsible for Contractor personnel training and progression, curriculum lifecycle management, comprehensive training records management, and overseeing Training Support efforts.
Coordinates with section managers to facilitate instructor progression and development.
Initiates, maintains, and closes out all instructor training records.
Responsible to the Program Manager for ensuring all Instructor to Student ratios are met using qualified and certified personnel and maintains U.S. Army SERE School’s Letter of X’s for both Contract and Government personnel.
Manages Standardization Instructors and Curriculum Developers and activities IAW U.S. Army SERE School standards.
Reviews and validates all POI modifications, ISTP additions and changes, and training aid development by Standardization Instructors and Curriculum Developers prior to formal submission to the Course Manager for approval.
Maintains knowledge of current and emerging TTP, and suggests modifications, refinements, etc. to the SERE Course Manager regarding instructor processes, delivery of instruction, progression, and record keeping.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of documented and verifiable successful experience managing a standardization, training or instructor training program in strict accordance with T2COM schools policies and requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Instructor Trainer/Evaluator (or equivalent) demonstrating proficiency in instructional systems design (ISD), curriculum development, and the auditing and maintenance of instructor and student training records.
- US Citizen
- SECRET clearance
- Full spectrum SERE-C graduate, to include Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD) and Hostage Detention (HD) training
- Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening
- Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test
- Present a professional and credible image at all times
Preferred: Teaching and management experience in a DoD SERE-related program
