WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POSITIVE TEAM MEMBER FOR OUR DOWNTOWN MIAMI LOCATION! WILLING TO TRAIN ON PIZZA, BUT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A KITCHEN. MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS WE ARE AN OPEN KITCHEN.
Schedule flexibility is a must.
Our Downtown location is located at 1035 North Miami Ave, Miami, FL, right near Club Space & Club Eleven. We are conveniently located three blocks from the Miami Metro Rail Government Center Station which runs from the Dadeland South station, all the way north until the airport running past South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown, and Overtown.
Eleventh Street Pizza is a casual concept pizza and slice shop headed by David Foulquier, a born and bred New Yorker with a love for pizza! We use 100% sourdough to make our pizza, as well as all organic ingredients. We offer a rotating selection of beers & wines. We currently have two locations in Miami. We have plans to continue to expand the brand throughout South Florida, providing opportunities to advance within. We are a part of the acclaimed We All Gotta Eat hospitality group, which is a multi-unit, multi- concept restaurant group. The group has multiple restaurants in New York City, including Sushi Noz, an omakase restaurant, awarded 2 Michelin stars, and Noz 17, Noz Market, and soon to open Chez Fifi's, in NYC. We are continuing to grow the restaurant group in Miami as well, and will be opening Fooq's, a Persian style steakhouse in Little River in late 2024.
Candidates must have a proven history of success as a kitchen lead in an environment where quality and consistency matter. We offer training & development and with open availability, willing to work where needed to support the business.
Primary Responsibilites:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and counter
- Ensuring food quality and consistency
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Helping with opening and closing procedures
- Communicating with other team members and leaders
- Stocking supplies and products
- Unloading delivery trucks and storing supplies
Skills and qualifications
- Being friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing

- Being able to adapt to adversity
- Having some computer training
- Being able to work with others in a team environmentPosition requires standing and walking for periods of 3-5 hours without a rest break.
- Occasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening & hearing ability & visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, co-workers and management.
- Must be available to work all shifts, if needed, including evenings, early mornings and weekends.
