We are looking for an ambitious Entry Level Account Manager ready to kickstart their career in Telecommunications sales with our largest client, AT&T. You’ll be trained, coached, and challenged to grow into a top-performing agent. Instead, you’ll be out and on the front lines meeting customers and closing deals, earning while you’re learning.
Every Entry Level Account Manager must:
- Introduce, explain, and close sales for AT&T solutions in customer-facing settings
- Assist in product demonstrations, learning how to highlight features and benefits that drive customer decisions throughout the sales process
- Build rapport with customers by listening actively, asking the right questions, and tailoring solutions to their needs
- Shadow senior agents to gain hands-on experience in closing deals and managing customer accounts
- Track personal progress, embrace coaching, and apply feedback to continually improve performance
- Contribute to Entry Level Account Manager team success by supporting peers, sharing insights, and celebrating wins together
- Stay informed about AT&T products, sales promotions, and competitive offerings to sharpen your pitch
- Document customer interactions and sales activities with accuracy to support reporting and performance tracking
