Join the Connecticut Department of Children and Families as an Office Assistant and play an important role in supporting the agency’s mission to serve children, youth, and families across the state. In this dynamic position, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support that helps ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions and program services. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining records and filing systems, processing documents and financial transactions, responding to inquiries from the public and agency staff, and utilizing a variety of electronic systems and office technology. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to exercise sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
