Lexus of Beverly Hills is currently looking for highly motivated Product Demonstrator. The opportunity for growth on this team is excellent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk in clients with demonstrating vehicles & test drives.
- Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (vinsolutions knowledge a plus)
- Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
- Other duties asked my management.
Requirements:
- NO SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY (RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS)
- Must enjoy talking to people
- Speak clearly and distinctly
- Work with the team to achieve the common goal
- Valid Driver's License
- Upbeat & Energetic
