Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Representatives to help introduce our company to local business owners and decision-makers.
This is a contract opportunity for people who already have professional relationships in local service industries and are comfortable making warm introductions.
Our company provides voice agent and customer support services that help businesses answer calls, respond to leads, book appointments, and reduce missed opportunities.
Representatives will use a simple referral app to share information, show a short voice agent demo, and submit business referrals for follow-up by our team.
Responsibilities
- Identify local businesses that may need call answering, appointment booking, lead follow-up, or customer support help
- Make warm introductions to business owners, managers, or decision-makers
- Use our referral app to share information and submit referrals
- Explain the basic purpose of the service in a professional way
- Keep simple notes on referred businesses
- Communicate with our team about referral status when needed
Compensation
This is a contract referral role.
Representatives are paid $500 for each referred business that becomes a paying client.
Payment is made after the referred business signs up and becomes an active client.
