What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Represent Verizon products and services through professional, customer-focused interactions
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products and service options
- Educate customers on available plans, promotions, and features
- Assist with account enrollment, activations, and service setup
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals
