Receive turnover from previous shift and continue testing and/or DG as needed
Test master roll from line for adherence to customer specs and enter results in QW
Enter data accurately in SAP and QW
Perform line audits to check for nonconformance at the slitter
Communicate out of spec (OOS) product to supervisor and/or manager
Perform prep work for upcoming orders or next shift
Follow trial instructions and test accordingly
Determine if quality defects from slitter require downgrade
Place suspect material on hold (restrict)
Release product for transfer to warehouse depending on customer/product
Communicate results of test to anyone needing to make adjustments
Cover vacation and Call in days on other shifts
Assist with training new techs
Quality - Ensures quality by continually watching for any abnormality and reporting it timely manner
Safety - follows company procedures and uses material and equipment per manufacturers' directions
