We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruiter to join our team! In this vital role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts, connect with top candidates, and build strong relationships to support our company's growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through research, cold calling.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the entire hiring process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with area managers on employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
- Support employee orientation processes and assist in onboarding new hires effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within human resources management or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across social media management platforms and cold calling techniques.
- Knowledge of employment hiring practices.
- Experience with talent management strategies including succession planning and training & development programs.
- Ability to research market trends and generate leads for potential candidates through innovative sourcing methods.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
