We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team in Houston.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices, hotels, and other facilities as needed.
- Conduct residential cleaning services with attention to detail, ensuring homes are spotless and organized.
- Launder linens and towels as required, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills
