Compensation
- Starting base pay: $25.00 per hour during training and while building your route.
- Once your assigned route generates revenue that exceeds your guaranteed base pay, you transition to our commission-based compensation plan, giving you the opportunity to earn significantly more as you grow and maintain your customer base.
- Our commission structure rewards both new business and recurring service, allowing high-performing Route Sales and Service Representatives to increase their earnings as their route grows.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs, answer questions, and promote additional products through upselling techniques.
- Conduct routine route driving activities, including planning efficient delivery schedules and navigating traffic safely.
- Assist in merchandising products at customer locations by organizing displays and ensuring proper product placement.
- Perform heavy lifting of product boxes and equipment as needed to complete deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, and inventory levels during each route.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route updates, customer feedback, or issues encountered during service.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical stamina is essential.
- Organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage daily tasks.
- Prior military service is advantageous for the discipline, leadership, and teamwork skills it often develops.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles and sales techniques such as upselling is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided.
