Snow School Manager - Seasonal Full-Time ( 2026/2027 winter season, work to start in October).
- Pay is hourly and depends on experience (starting at $20/hr). Nights, weeknights and weekend hours
- Provide leadership and coordination for all skiing and snowboarding lessons taking place a Crystal Ridge
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Lead a team of 50-70 part-time employees (hire, train, schedule)
- Oversee all online lesson sales and manage backend of POS functions
- Work closely with the rentals and groups managers. Report directly to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Experience skiing/snowboarding is recommended, but not required
- Weekend and evening availability
- At least 1 year of relative management/supervisor experience
- Strong organization and technology skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment while offering exceptional customer service
Position Overview: This position is customer service oriented and involves the organization, training and oversight of all skiing and snowboarding lessons. The ideal candidate is able to collaborate with instructors, and has prior experience managing all age groups. We are willing to mentor the right individual as this role is mainly an administrative position with on-hill knowledge being trained if desired.
This is a full time, seasonal position. Full time work typically begins in October and ends mid to late March. The manager is expected to be on site before, during and sometimes after operating hours. Nights, weekends, and holidays (when open) are required. Possible full time year round work available with our growing summer event business. Crystal Ridge Snow School has had tremendous growth over the past years and we are looking for an individual who is ready to take on this part of our business and make it thrive. Teaching people the life long sport of skiing and snowboarding is a core value to our business and it can all start by having a positive lesson experience.
