```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with medical procedures
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical office tasks such as answering phone calls, and managing patient paperwork/charts
```Skills```
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Illinois]
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations and assessing patient conditions
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents 65+ and hospice care
- Competency in administering medications and
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
