Position Details:
- Part-time position
- May include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support courtesy patrol staff and daily shift operations
- Oversee community patrols, ensuring consistent coverage and adherence to procedures
- Monitor and respond to safety concerns, incidents, and resident needs
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and incident documentation
- Ensure gates, lighting, and community areas are monitored and functioning properly
- Serve as a professional and courteous point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors
- Assist in training, coaching, and supporting team members
- Coordinate with management regarding safety issues and operational updates
Qualifications:
- Previous security, courtesy patrol, or law enforcement experience required
- Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High standard of ethical conduct and professionalism
- Customer service mindset and positive attitude
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
