Pearson Toyota is looking for a driven, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position sells both new and used vehicles and plays a key role in delivering a world-class buying experience to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Guide customers through the entire sales process (needs assessment, test drives, product presentation, trade evaluation, and delivery)
- Maintain deep product knowledge on Toyota and used-car inventory
- Utilize the CRM for follow-up, appointment setting, and customer retention
- Conduct digital and in-person prospecting to generate new sales opportunities
- Present pricing, payments, and options clearly to customers
- Work closely with sales managers and F&I to ensure smooth deal flow
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot presentation
- Attend ongoing training and maintain up-to-date knowledge on inventory and market trends
- Uphold Pearson Toyota’s reputation for honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior dealership sales experience OR 3+ years of sales experience in any industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and grow
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
