ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.
Community involvement is important to me, and our agency regularly participates in local events and charitable initiatives. We also believe in creating a rewarding workplace by offering PTO, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, team outings, bonus opportunities, and even the chance to earn early Fridays based on performance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Frank Petronella - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
