Compensation: $100,000-130,000

About the Role
This is a full-time position that reports to the Vice President, Counselor Success. You will shape therapist growth in new markets to become even more efficient and scalable and guide therapist support to be best-in-class. You will help lead Uwill’s work internationally and with students of all ages to the next level. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strategic leader who is adept at digital implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Uwill’s brand promise of student immediacy and choice through the proactive monitoring of all counselors to ensure sufficient capacity, including for specialized customer partnerships and panels
Ensure broad access to match therapist and user by designing and implementing pilots related to customer needs, including ongoing credentialing
Deeply understand students’ needs and translate that into performance standards for counselors
Lead support for counselors and ensure it connects to counselor recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
Manage multiple team members

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in clinical counseling, counseling psychology, or clinical social work
Independent therapy license required in any US state
5+ years of experience in the delivery of mental healthcare in a mobile or telehealth setting, ideally with K12 and/or college-age populations
Experience assessing K12 and college-age population and awareness of mental health issues common to the population is preferred
Experience managing a team, ideally included other clinically licensed team members
Proven ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of people of various ages and backgrounds student developmental needs, nationality, culture, faith/religion, language difference, ability differences, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression
