Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support residential site development projects within a growing civil construction environment. This individual will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting pre-construction efforts, and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure competitive, high-quality bids.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience within civil construction
Strong background in residential site development projects
Experience estimating projects ranging from $5M–$50M
Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving
Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
