WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone
- Provide expert guidance on product recommendations, sizing, styling, and product details
- Assist with order processing, tracking, exchanges, and returns
- Handle complaints or product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with our fulfillment team to solve problems and share feedback
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our product catalog and brand story
- Use systems and tools to manage tickets and workflows

- You care deeply about customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- You’re tech-savvy and learn new platforms quickly
- Experience with order management systems and a genuine interest in fashion
Location:
Murray, Utah
Compensation:
Part-time and Full-time/ $14/hr
Mon-Fri, 8-5 pm, Some Saturdays
(Mondays are needed the most. Some Saturdays for a morning chat shift only.)
