Balance Hormone Center specializes in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight loss management, helping patients feel their best at every stage of life. We are a fast-growing, patient-centered practice focused on personalized care, education, and long-term wellness.
We are expanding in the West Valley, with a new clinic opening in Peoria in October.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Arizona-licensed Healthcare Provider (MD, DO, PA-C, or NP-C) to join our team as we launch our newest clinic. This position is ideal for providers interested in hormone optimization and weight management within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Training
Training will take place over a period of two weeks to one month before the Peoria clinic opens. It will be conducted at one or more of our established clinic locations in Gilbert, Chandler, and/or Scottsdale.
A $500 training bonus will be provided to help offset additional commute costs associated with traveling to these locations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for hormone replacement therapy and weight management
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
Schedule & Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Option to work 3 or 4 days per week
- No weekends, no holidays, no on-call

Qualifications
- Active Arizona medical license (MD, DO, PA-C, or NP-C)
- Interest in hormone replacement therapy and/or weight loss medicine
- Strong patient-centered approach
- Ability to work in a collaborative, growing practice

- Do you currently hold an active DEA registration required to prescribe controlled medications?

- This role includes spending time educating patients about hormone therapy, wellness, and treatment options. Are you comfortable conducting patient visits that include detailed education and discussion?
- This position requires working 3–4 ten-hour shifts per week (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday). Are you able to work this schedule?
