Job Qualifications:
- A motivated and personable New York State Licensed Optometrist
- 1-2 years of working experience is required
- Must have familiarity with Topcon CV 5000 Auto Refractor, or be willing to learn
- Wishes to grow with our company over time
- Considers him/herself to be detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
- Possesses a passion for patient care
- Has an outgoing personality and prioritizes kindness towards all patients and coworkers
- Desires to create and contribute to a fun and pleasant work environment while maintaining professionalism
Job Description:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular diseases
- Competently fit RGP, Scleral, and Hybrid contact lenses
- Effectively communicate treatment needs with referring doctors
- Co-manage pre and post operative LASIK care
- Competent in discussing and prescribing Myopia control treatments
- Accurately interpret Optos retinal imaging
- Work with other team members to ensure patients receive exceptional service
- Act as a representative for our brand to help educate and excite others about our mission and values

Familiarity with Eyefinity EHR, Topcon Auto Phoropter, iCare tonometer, Optomap is a plus
