Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and hand-on Dispatcher to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate logistics and field personnel and deliver exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless communication between field personnel and clients, while maintaining efficient internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers and field personnel based on project requirements.
- Receive inbound shipments by verifying documentation and confirming product is free & clear of damages.
- Communicate effectively with field personnel throughout the day and report back any issues.
- Enter data accurately into project management tool, update statuses internally and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, text or email promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Experience
- Proven experience managing a team of drivers and field personnel.
- Prefer experience in commercial moving and knowledge of FF&E industry.
- Strong communication skills and abillity to multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
