We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our company's market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within B2B environments. Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Engage potential customers through warm calls and follow-ups to introduce our B2B Solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with current clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present solutions effectively, negotiate agreements, and close deals to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with market trends and client needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our services and clearly communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Track sales activities, maintain customer records, and report progress using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Customer Service Experience required
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Gmail, Zoho, and Google Calendar preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines required
