Job Description –
This position deals with the day-to-day operation of ball form thread grinding machines in a repair type manufacturing facilities. Person will be responsible for producing parts from our manufacturing prints, setting-up the machine and producing the actual parts. Figuring fit and function of the nut to screw size and general maintenance of the machines are also part of this position. The type of production is job shop or made to order environment, no long run orders most are quantities of 1-2 pieces.
Experience –
Part print reading, use of measuring tools, machine operation for ball form (Excello Manual Thread Grinders), machine setup, machine running, math, general machine shop practices and use of small hand tools. 6+ year’s actual experience.
Education Required –
Education requirements are high school education or higher
