We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and taking on new challenges. While the primary focus is providing excellent customer service, this role will also involve occasional inside and outside sales to help grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Assist job seekers with applications, onboarding, and employment opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Perform occasional inside sales by contacting potential clients and following up on leads.
- Conduct occasional outside sales visits to local businesses to introduce Kwik Staff's staffing services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable making phone calls and visiting local businesses when needed.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional outside sales visits.
- Proficient with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
