We are an old-school kitchen. There aren’t any fancy devices slicing tomatoes or cutting pickles and onions, we use a knife. We cook burgers to temperature without a timer. We are a made to order kitchen, that means, our guests place an order, we make it, right then and there. We don’t pre-cook or reheat food that was made hours or days earlier. It may take a bit longer, but we strive to prepare your order in a timely manner, so it is as fresh and as hot as possible.
Our kitchen is small, but wonderfully efficient. Routine and consistency is our ‘secret sauce’. We don’t use heat lamps, or warmers. We hand wash dishes, serve off porcelain plates with real flatware and prepare a meal we can be proud of. We don’t focus on the latest trends, that wind up in a landfill somewhere. There are no delivery screens or digital back-fills to attend to. There is down-time, but then again there are times we deep in it.
We obsess over cleanliness and food safety standards.
We are foodies at heart, our menu is not big or fancy or eclectic, but rather generous, of top-quality, and consistently good.
