Happy’s Sports Lounge is Murfreesboro’s hangout spot for great food, drinks, and entertainment. With golf simulators, duck-pin bowling, live music and DJs, and pizza by Fatty Matty’s, there’s always something happening here!
We’re looking for a fun, experienced part-time server/bartender to help us deliver a consistent, upbeat guest experience both in-house and at off-site events!
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional guest service with a fun, welcoming attitude
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks quickly and accurately when behind the bar
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Engage guests about promotions, specials, and upcoming event
- Work as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Support with side work, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
- Help guests with gaming questions
What We’re Looking For
- Availability Friday-Sunday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on business needs and availability.
- Guaranteed 1-2 serving shifts and every other Sunday bartending starting out.
- Must be available to work off site at MTSU these dates: 9.5, 9.19, 10.13, 10.28, 11.7, 11.28
- Previous serving/bartending experience required. (sports bar, high-volume, or lead experience a plus)
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Able to stand for long shifts (8+ hours)
- Reliable transportation
- Candidates without prior serving/bartending experience will not be accepted at this time and will not receive a response.

Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour
