Sunline Products is seeking a dependable, organized, and quality-focused Catcher / Production Finishing Specialist to become a key member of our production team.
This is far more than simply catching shirts off the dryer. Our Catchers serve as the final quality checkpoint before products reach our customers. Your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and Sunline's reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Catch garments from automatic and manual printing equipment
- Perform continuous quality inspections during production
- Identify printing defects, color inconsistencies, registration issues, and garment flaws
- Separate rejects before they move further through production
- Count and organize completed garments accurately
- Bundle and prepare orders for the next production stage
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Communicate quality concerns immediately to press operators and supervisors
- Assist with production changeovers when necessary
- Help maintain production flow and minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous screen printing or apparel production experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Experience performing quality inspections
- Ability to recognize production defects quickly
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong organizational habits
